The customer’s project is located in Puerto Rico. They purchased fish feed extruder with output of 1.2-1.5 tons per hour, which is mainly used to produce fish feed, especially trout feed.

This customer originally had trout feed production line that used feed pelletizer to produce fish feed pellet, but the feed pelletizer broke down. Considering the rapid development of Puerto Rico’s aquaculture industry and the increasing demand for fish feed, they wanted to upgrade the fish feed production line to produce high-end fish feed pellet, so they decided to purchase fish feed extruder to produce fish feed pellet.

After learning about the fish feed production project we built, they believed that our fish feed production equipment is relatively advanced in the field of feed production, so they purchased 1.2-1.5 ton fish feed extruder from us.

The customer originally had a complete fish feed production line, from the crushing and mixing of raw materials to the drying, cooling and packing of finished feed pellets, all equipment can continue to be used.

According to the characteristics of the original fish feed production line, our engineers customized a fish feed extruder for the customer that can be used in this fish feed production line. The customer only needs to purchase a fish feed extruder, and the original fish feed production line can continue to be used, and the quality of fish feed can also be improved, which greatly saves the customer’s capital investment.

This trout feed extruder is a customized equipment, so we don’t have it in stock. After finalizing the design plan with the customer, our factory included the production of the trout fish feed extruder in the production plan.

The production cycle of this trout feed extruder is 20 days. After signing the contract with the customer, our factory put the production of trout feed machine on the agenda.
