How Does The Roller Spraying Machine Work?
The quantitative material is sent into the weighing hopper in the weighing system by the arc pneumatic gate in the feeding system, and the preparation before metering is carried out; the arc pneumatic gate is closed first, and the specific time for the quantitative material to be sent into the guide barrel via the belt conveyor is measured, and the conveying capacity of the conveyor is calculated; the material is sent into the guide barrel via the conveyor and is sprinkled out after the drum rotates. While the material rotates in the drum, the oil injection system starts to work.
The drum is tilted toward the outlet with an adjustable angle (usually adjusted to 5~6° first). A liquid spray pipe is installed in the middle with a compressed air atomizing nozzle on it. A flipping plate with a special angle is installed on the inner wall of the drum. As the drum rotates, the material is thrown up. The particles are sprayed with liquid during the throwing process. Various liquids such as grease and molasses can be sprayed.

Precautions During The Operation of The Roller Spraying Machine
The following matters need to be paid attention to during the use of the roller spraying machine:
01 Pre-startup inspection
Before starting the machine, carefully check all connections to ensure there is no looseness, and check all pipes and other parts to ensure there is no leakage.
It is necessary to check whether the gear pump, liquid pump, and coupling are turning in the correct direction, and there should be no abnormal sounds such as sticking, collision, and friction.
02 Preparation before spraying
According to the needs, set the spraying amount range through the setting table on the panel. When liquid is added to the liquid storage tank, adjust the upper and lower limit contact positions of the electric contact thermometer to set the temperature range to 60-80℃. The liquid storage tank will automatically heat up to 60-80℃, and the system can now spray liquid.
03 Spraying machine start
Start the roller, belt feeding and gear pump in sequence, and the system will automatically control as needed to track and control the spraying amount.
