Recently, RICHI held a seminar on the topic of “Development and Improvement of Feed Processing Technology”. Participants included well-known engineers in the feed processing industry, RICHI customers from more than 40 countries, RICHI feed processing technology R&D team, and investors interested in the feed processing industry.
These professionals in the feed processing industry gathered together to discuss many issues related to feed processing, mainly the discussion on aquatic feed pellet processing technology, including standard processes of aquatic feed pellet mill, the development direction of aquatic feed processing technology, the application of aquatic processing production equipment, the installation, commissioning and operation of aquatic processing plant equipment and other related issues.
The seminar aims to exchange experiences in aquatic feed processing, capture current hot topics in aquatic feed processing, and explore the practical application of aquatic feed pellet production machine, so as to promote a faster and more effective development of the aquatic feed processing industry.
First, the technical engineers of RICHI analyzed an aquatic feed production project we undertook, and carried out the analysis from several aspects, including the project concept, the selection of aquatic feed pellet production process, the overall layout of the aquatic feed pellet mill, the special design of the aquatic feed pellet production line, the equipment required for the aquatic feed production line and the application of each equipment, and the current operation status of the aquatic feed pellet mill.
This aquatic feed pellet production project was undertaken by us for the customer from Indonesia. It is a turnkey aquatic feed pellet production project. From the design of the aquatic feed production line in the early stage, to the production and transportation of aquatic feed production machine, as well as the construction of the aquatic feed pellet mill, the installation and commissioning of aquatic feed production machine, etc., all were completed by us, so our technical engineers are very familiar with this aquatic feed production project.
After listening to the analysis of the entire aquatic feed production project, many participants raised many questions related to aquatic feed production to our technical engineers and the Indonesian customer.

In response to these questions raised by aquatic feed manufacturers, the technical engineers and professionals in the feed production industry present gave some reasonable suggestions.
Finally, the well-known engineer in the aquatic feed industry we invited gave a detailed explanation of the prospects and development trends of aquatic feed pellet production.
The atmosphere of the entire seminar was quite good. Everyone actively participated in every aspect, shared and learned relevant knowledge about aquatic feed production, which greatly promoted the development of the aquatic feed pellet production industry.
