How Does The Pellet Packing Machine Work?
The material is added to the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate). After the controller receives the weight signal of the sensor, it is controlled according to the preset program value. After the weighing process is completed in the weighing hopper, feed door is completely closed, fixed value weighing is completed.
After the bag clamping signal is input, the weighing hopper unloading door automatically opens. When the weight ≤ zero set value, the weighing hopper unloading door automatically closes, the material bag automatically releases and falls onto the conveyor belt, and is sent to the sewing machine After sewing the bag, it enters the next process, and at the same time, the controller enters the next control cycle.

01 Accuracy and stability of weighing sensor
The weighing sensor is a device that converts weight into an electrical signal. If the sensor fails or performs poorly, the accuracy of the packaging scale will decrease. Therefore, in normal use, the packaging scale should be calibrated regularly with a standard weight to ensure that the accuracy of the packaging scale meets the requirements.
02 Material properties

This needs to be fully considered during the formulation design and equipment finalization.
