How Does The Hammer Mill Work?
The material to be crushed is fed into the hammer mill through the top of the hammer mill. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is gradually crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer and the friction of the screen. It passes through the sieve holes under the action of centrifugal force and airflow and is discharged from the discharge port of the base.
The hammer mill can be equipped with a negative pressure ventilation system as needed to help the crusher unload, save the motor energy consumption of hammer mill, and increase the capacity of hammer mill.
The whole hammer mill uses SKF bearings and is equipped with Siemens motors. High-quality components can improve the working efficiency of the hammer mill and extend its service life.
