He told us that their fish feed pellet mill is currently operating normally and all production plans are proceeding as planned. Since the construction of this fish feed pellet production factory, they have received many large orders, so they are very happy to cooperate with us this time, and they said that they will continue to maintain good contact with us, and if they need to purchase feed pellet production equipment in the future, they will directly consider us.

This is a customer from Russia. In 2022, after learning about the local emphasis on aquaculture and seeing many supporting documents for aquaculture, after investigation and research, he decided to invest in building fish feed pellet production plant to improve the quality of fish feed pellet.
The customer contacted us at the end of 2022. Seeing that we had done many large feed pellet production turnkey projects around the world and provided relatively complete services, he decided to communicate with us further. What impressed them in the end was our design. In order to meet his production needs, we changed the design 16 times in total, and finally designed a relatively perfect fish feed production solution for his site, production and other aspects.
So the customer officially signed the purchase contract with us at the end of 2022.
The customer purchased fish feed production line with capacity of 5 tons per hour. The degree of automation is relatively high, especially the packing machine. The customer hopes that it can be as automated as possible, without the need for manual labor, which can improve efficiency and save labor, so we equipped the customer with a fully automatic packing system.
Since the fish feed pellet production line is a customized design, most of the feed pellet production equipment needed on the feed production line are customized. We completed the production, delivery and installation of equipment for this project throughout 2023, and carried out trial operation after the installation was completed in the second half of the year.
The construction process of the entire fish feed pellet mill went relatively smoothly, and the feed pellet mill was officially put into production at the end of 2023.
The core equipment of this fish feed production plant is the complete fish feed production line we produce, including crushing equipment, mixing equipment, extrusion equipment, pelleting equipment, spraying equipment, cooling equipment, packing equipment, etc. The entire fish feed production line adopts the latest technology.
Recently, when our staff went to Russia to discuss the fish feed pellet production project details with our customers, they specially visited this fish feed production factory. We found that their workshop was in full swing of production. We learned that due to the high quality of feed produced by the feed pellet mill, they received many large orders. We are very happy for our customers.
