After cleaning and impurity removal, the raw materials enter the crushing equipmentr for crushing. Fish feed production generally involves two crushings. The first crushing is done using a hammer mill. The second crushing is done with an ultrafine grinder. Mixing System

According to the requirements of the feed formula, the crushed materials are mixed. The entire mixing process includes the mixing of the main materials, the mixing of the premix and the addition of oil. After the mixing is completed, the raw materials to be extruded are formed.

Extrusion System

The mixed materials are conveyed into the pelletizing bin by a conveyor, and then into the extruder for extrusion and pelletizing. In the extruder, the materials are treated with high temperature, high pressure and high humidity to reach a certain degree of maturity, and then the fish feed pellets with suitable size and length are extruded.

Drying System

The pellets coming out of the extruder are moist and soft (humidity is between 25% and 30%). In order to prevent the feed pellets from being crushed, the pellets produced by the extruder need to be sent to a dryer for drying so that the moisture content of the pellets drops to 13%.

Spraying System

Using spray equipment, a certain amount of oil and other liquids are sprayed onto the surface and inside of feed particles to promote the absorption of oil by feed particles, meet the energy needs of fish and aquatic organisms for growth and development, and improve the palatability of feed.

Packing System

According to the degree of automation of weighing, filling and packaging in the packaging operation, it can be divided into three types: manual packaging, semi-automatic packaging and fully automatic packing. The customer needs a fully automatic packing system.

Production Process of Machine in The Workshop

Since this is a customized fish feed production line, the main machine required on the production line, such as extruders, crushers, dryers, etc., need to be produced according to customer needs.

So when the production line plan is determined and the contract is signed, our factory begins to arrange the production plan for all the equipment required for this production line.

The production cycle of this fish feed production line is 120 days, which is 4 months.
