This is a pet food factory that we built for our customer with an hourly output of 10 tons and an annual output of 40,000 tons. The feed pellet mill is located in Hebei Province, China, covering an area of 3,300 square meters. It is mainly used to produce various types of pet feeds, such as cat feed pellets, dog feed pellets and other pet food pellets.
The pet feed factory includes production area, office area and living area. The production area mainly includes raw material warehouse, production workshop, finished product warehouse, boiler room, workshop office, lounge, toilet, etc.; the office area mainly has an office building. The production area and office and living area are strictly separated.
After the completion of this feed pellet mill, it can integrate pet food processing, production and sales, and its annual sales can reach 300 million yuan. In addition, after the feed factory is put into production, it can improve the quality of pet feed pellets in the local area and surrounding provinces and cities.
Turnkey Pet Feed Factory
This is a turnkey pet feed factory project. We complete everything from the process layout of the pet feed factory, to the pet feed production equipment needed in the pet feed factory, as well as the installation of the pet feed factory and the training of workshop staff.

The pet feed production process we equipped for this pet feed factory with the annual output of 40,000 tons is composed of eight parts: raw material receiving, pellet material crushing, raw material mixing, extrusion, liquid spraying, finished product discharging and packing, as well as electrical control and dust removal system. The process is crushing first and then batching.
The main equipment used in the pet feed production process includes feed hammer mill, ultrafine grinders, twin screw extruders, vacuum spraying equipment, feed mixers, packing equipment, etc. In addition, there are silos, screening equipment, dust removal equipment, conveying equipment, etc.
