This is a turnkey project alfalfa pellet plant with the capacity of 10 tons per hour built by RICHI. We are responsible for the engineering design of the alfalfa pellet plant, the manufacture of grass pellet making machine, and the installation of the alfalfa pellet plant as well as the subsequent equipment commissioning and employee training. Since the entire construction process of the alfalfa pellet plant is completed by us, we have a detailed schedule, and each link can be completed on time and efficiently.
The raw materials of this alfalfa pellet plant are mainly grass, alfalfa, hemp, lucerne, etc., which are used to produce feed pellets for chickens, pigs, sheep, cattle and other poultry and livestock.
The most important part of the whole alfalfa pellet plant is a complete alfafa pellet production line provided by us. The main equipment of this alfalfa pellet production line includes: alfalfa crusher, alfalfa drying drum (the raw material has a high moisture content and needs to be dried before pelleting), grass pellet making machine, grass pellet cooler, screening equipment and automatic packing system.
The entire alfalfa pellet production line adopts a fully automatic processing system. The alfalfa pellet plant realizes intelligent operation and intelligent management in the subsequent operation process. The workshop only needs 3-4 workers, which can effectively improve the work efficiency of the alfalfa pellet plant and save labor costs to the greatest extent.
