How Does The Vacuum Spraying Machine Work?
First, the spray tank is evacuated and the air in the micropores of the feed particles is expelled. Next, the nozzle sprays the liquid into the tank while the feed is mixed. The feed particles are evenly coated and the micropores are sealed. The shear forces between the feed particles must be very small during mixing so that the particles are fully in contact with the droplets.
Finally, the pressure of the spray tank is compensated to release the vacuum state. The external pressure of the feed particle liquid film is greater than its internal pressure, and the pressure difference causes the oil to be pressed into the micropores.

The Main Factors Affecting Fuel Injection Quality
In the actual production process, in addition to the quality of the vacuum spraying machine, the following factors mainly affect the final spraying effect:
01 Temperature
If the scale of feed productiGenerally speaking, the density of liquid increases with the increase of temperature, so the temperature of the liquid must be controlled to keep the oil at an appropriate viscosity and to easily penetrate into the micropores of the pellets; in addition, when the temperature of the pellets is low, the spray volume can reach 5% of the bulk density of the pellets.
02 Particle size and hardness of feed pellets
The extruded feed pellets must have enough micropores to absorb the oil. Large feed particles make it more difficult to spray the oil onto the surface, and the surface uniformity is poor. On the contrary, small feed pellets can be sprayed evenly more easily.
03 Liquid addition amount
The absorption rate of fish feed to liquid is the main influencing factor. The liquid is generally less than 570ml (about 0.19% of the feed amount). Small amount of liquid will cause uneven spraying. The solution is to reduce the spraying speed or increase the amount of liquid. The amount of liquid must be determined through experiments.
04 Droplet size
In order to make the liquid spray more uniform, the liquid is composed of a large number of small droplets. However, droplets that are too small cannot be sprayed evenly on the feed surface, eventually causing losses. Therefore, the structure of the fuel injection system is very important, and its droplet size can meet the standard area.
